You didn’t get into project management to play email ping-pong all day. Neither did we.
At GreenCup Digital, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager who knows how to keep ongoing digital marketing work moving across SEO, content, social media, email, and more — without losing their mind or their sense of humor. You’re the person who understands how all the pieces fit together and can manage them simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
Here’s the deal:
You’ll own the client relationship and keep day-to-day digital marketing work on track — timelines, deliverables, communication, and everything in between. You keep everyone informed and clients confident that their marketing is in capable hands. You’ll work with designers, developers, content creators, and clients who may or may not know the difference between a meta description and a caption — and you’ll guide them all with grace, humor, and a plan that actually makes sense.
This role demands real critical thinking and autonomy. We’ll onboard you well, but we need someone who hits the ground running and owns their work without waiting to be told what to do next.
The Working Relationship (the important stuff):
Let’s be upfront: this is a 1099 independent contractor position with limited hours based on client needs. You’ll be paid at an hourly rate for hours worked. This isn’t a traditional full-time job with guaranteed 40-hour weeks or W-2 benefits.
